Shipping & Returns

The freight amount is calculated during the purchase process. You will be asked to inform the destination zip code and desired UPS delivery service (i.e. Overnight, 2-day Air, Ground etc…) and the system will automatically calculate the freight value based on the total weight and volume of your order. The calculated freight amount will be added to the items subtotal and applicable taxes to generate the order total.

When placing an order on the ELC e-commerce website you may choose to ship to almost any address in the world. ELC offers UPS as our main service providers for online shopping. UPS service includes $100 per package insurance; please note any additional desired insurance in the notes section of your order, insurance may be purchased up to the value of your order. Due to the tracking ability offered UPS is highly recommended.

The shipments are processed upon payment confirmation from the customer. If product is available in stock, it will ship within 24-48 hours from receipt date. Total lead time will depend on the shipping mode you selected. Although every effort is made to meet requested shipping dates, ELC assumes no responsibility for damages or losses of any kind sustained by customer because of unforeseen inability to meet a precise shipping date.

Acceptance by the freight company is confirmation that ELC has carefully packaged the order and it should be secure for shipment to destination without damage. In the event the material is damaged in transit, the Buyer agrees to make all claims and settlements with the freight company. ELC will make its best efforts to assist buyer on the claim process

ELC charges a 20% restocking fee for all merchandise returns passed 30 days from purchase date. Before buyer returns goods, an RMA must be obtained from ELC in order to accept these returns. ELC will not accept merchandise return after 30 days from the purchase date.
